Refund Policy
Please remember, all of that amazing gear you just put in your cart is 100% custom. Once your store closes, we will get everything ordered, decorated, packaged, and headed your way. Because these items are made just for you, we are unable to process returns or exchanges.
If you’re unhappy with your order because the product is defective or the imprint quality isn’t what you expected, contact our customer experience team at support@gearbyfuzion.com and we will find a suitable resolution. Your experience with Fuzion means the world to us and we will do our best to work with you on any issue. We must be notified of all issues within 15 days.
Delivery Policy
Please note: Your uniquely curated items will ship approximately 14 business days after your order has been accepted. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. We appreciate your patience.
