Pro Shop FAQs: Your Questions Answered

Dive into our comprehensive FAQs to discover quick answers about managing your Pro Shop, customizing gear, and enhancing your members' experience with Fuzion.

Our pro shop team curates the merchandise based on years of experience, ensuring we feature the hottest brands and top-selling items. Each season, our fall paddle/club and spring/summer tennis stores offer hand-selected merchandise in stock for optimal availability. We work closely with our brands months in advance to secure the best
inventory, prioritizing an exceptional customer experience.

• Fuzion provides store setup at no charge. However, we require high-resolution logo files (svg, ai, eps, vector) for proper branding. If your logo file is low resolution, outsourcing may be necessary, incurring an additional charge.

• Additionally, multiple changes post-branding guidelines setup may result in additional billable time due to the extensive hours required for store development. Providing comprehensive information upfront minimizes the need for revisions.

No, we honor any amount ordered from an online store. However, if sales fall below a certain threshold, we may reconsider offering the store in the future.

Due to product availability and inventory, we recommend the store run a maximum of seven days. This timeframe has proven to be the most effective in ensuring smooth operations and timely fulfillment of orders.

Unfortunately, we cannot extend this timeline as it has been proven effective. Rest assured, this timeline will benefit your members as well.

We provide a unique store link and professionally designed promo flyer specific to your club. This flyer includes the embedded store link, allowing members easy access with just one click.

We aim to ship orders back to customers within approximately 14 business days from the close of the store.

At the end of the season, we offer the Racquets Director or the Club a 10% commission from the net sales of the store as a thank you for partnering with us.

Due to the custom decoration process, all orders are non-returnable. However, should an item arrive with a defect, our dedicated customer service team will address such cases promptly and effectively.
